Aiming to upgrade this apartment complex with leisure amenities, CZAR Engineering designed extensive renovations to the Ocean Terrace structure. The most prominent addition was a new flat plate cast-in-place concrete pool (complete with a surrounding pool deck) constructed over the existing parking levels due to extreme space constraints. Internal renovations included new sauna and massage facilities as well as connections between the separate health club areas to increase accessibility within the building. In addition, the main lobby was extended to provide comfort in additional seating areas.
