Standing just before Madison Avenue ends at the Atlantic Ocean, a set of three four-story townhouses with beautiful beachfront views. The open floor plans of the wood-framed townhouse buildings cover a total of 45,000 sq. ft. The expansive glass curtain walls that wrap the building's facades required careful calculations to tolerate the lateral loads of potential hurricane wind forces.
