The upscale luxury Borgata Hotel and Casino introduced the final piece of its $600 million development plan in Atlantic City: The Water Club. This 43-story lifestyle-boutique hotel features 800 guestrooms, retail shops, a 36,000 sq. ft. spa, and over 18,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space. To ensure construction would finish on schedule, CZAR Engineering LLC designed an independent, full-height egress/elevator structure adjacent to the tower to provide continuous flow of labor and materials. CZAR Engineering LLC then monitored this structure on a daily basis over eighteen months until project completion.
