This unique single-family residence shines as an example of innovative design and structural planning in a neighborhood of more traditional shore-side homes. The building features two-and-a-half stories, 3,500 sq. ft. of living space, and an attractive cathedral ceiling in the entry way. As the surrounding area is prone to floods and hurricanes, the custom design and unique geometry of the building posed particular difficulties. CZAR Engineering LLC worked intensively with the architect and general contractor to make this remarkable design a reality.
