This fourteen story structure boasts 120,000 sq. ft. of residential units and parking space packed into a dense urban area. Keeping cost-effectiveness in mind, CZAR Engineering LLC designed the residential and parking levels in flat plate cast-in-place concrete due to the space constraints of the Jersey City block. This required CZAR Engineering LLC to coordinate closely with design and construction teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and a continued emphasis on the building's aesthetic qualities.
