In 2008, the City of Atlantic City funded a multi-million dollar renovation and expansion project on the historical All-Wars Memorial Building. Additions to the almost 30,000 sq. ft. structural steel-framed complex included an atrium and deck, warming kitchens, three ballrooms, and a memorial hall dedicated to the soldiers of United Spanish War and other foreign wars. Along with extensive interior renovations and the aforementioned additions (expanding three sides of the building), CZAR Engineering LLC's structural work included complete replacement of the old pile foundations with a new auger pile system and a new brick facade. The property was further developed with tennis courts and a memorial courtyard outside the building. The building continues to serve as a treasured community center for the Atlantic City residents.
