The 32-story, precast concrete Wyndham Skyline Tower (formerly Fairfield Resort) needed complete renovation in 2002. In addition to providing design, construction, and monitoring services for the overall project, CZAR Engineering LLC designed the addition of a natatorium, rooftop parapets, and a two-story structure over the existing parking garage. The complete restoration of the building envelope and modifications to the penthouse structures, thanks to CZAR Engineering LLC's structural designs, have transformed the Fairfield Resort tower into the contemporary, eye-catching structure it is today.
