CZAR Engineering LLC, in association with the Philadelphia office of O'Donnell and Naccarato, provided complete structural design and construction services for this three-story, 150,000 sq. ft. complex. The municipal building houses eight courtrooms and the offices of the Prosecutor and Sherriff.
